Md. Mostafezur Rahaman is a researcher and solution designer with 8+ years of experience in research, solution design and project cycle management. He is passionate about helping non-profits and enterprises to improve their products and services. He manages the Research and Innovation portfolio of YY Ventures and uses data, technology, design thinking, and creativity to create an enabling environment for social entrepreneurs who fight poverty, unemployment, and carbon emissions.
Raywin Taroaniara Graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science and currently persuing a research on the Impact of Climate Change on the Traditional Knowledge on Food Preservation with a focus on a indigenous staple food Nambo from her home province for her Post Graduate Studies at the University of South Pacific. She has a working experience in youth development, working previously with various development organizations in the Pacific and Internationally. As a Solomon Islander, she has been an advocate for climate change and youth development. She believes that empowerment of young people enables resilient societies.
